Partner Pros is an alternative staffing firm that assists businesses in the United States with employees from other regions at a fraction of the cost of local labor and salaries. Our company matches up our clients with high-level employees who are appropriate for the tasks and job description required. The employees that we source are all full-time dedicated employees who work only for the client and no one else. They work in a regular USA time zone and work shifts, and are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English; making them an integrated and important part of the client’s business.

OUR STORY

Our firm differs from other outsourcing firms because of our story, roots, and background in the industry. The founder of Partner Pros ventured into entrepreneurship in the early 2000s and began working with outsourced employees in his own business. Working through an outsourcing firm, he recognized many weaknesses in the industry that were frustrating and were ultimately affecting his business growth.

The employees that were being provided were not being managed well despite the firm’s claims otherwise. When he needed new employees, he was matched with random candidates that did not have the skill sets required which just caused delays and time wasted. Simply matching up quickly without truly ensuring that it has a strong potential to work is a quick fix which is a short-term answer but remains a big long-term problem.

He also found that the employees that were being provided were not working in a happy environment. There were a lot of turnovers which caused a regression in progress and a loss of training time. 

 

As the need for more employees grew, he realized that to staff properly, he would have to begin to create his own workforce. This time, he focused on these factors that seem to have been overlooked by other outsourcing companies.

Environment

Partner Pros offers incentives for employers and their families. We have birthday celebrations and monthly virtual events. At these events, we play interactive games and have raffles and rewards. Employees also get anniversary bonuses as well as subsidized costs for any services and utilities that they need to help them complete their work. We send out surveys asking for employee feedback on how they are enjoying their work and we can create a better working environment for them. Most importantly, we offer a high-level comprehensive health plan for them and their families. This ensures a sense of loyalty which results in job security and an investment they have towards the company and the client.

Carefully Selected Candidates

Our candidates have to pass through many levels of screening to be selected and paired up with our clients. We begin with understanding the job requirements and doing a deep dive into the candidate's background and past work experience, to ensure it’s a practical fit. They go through an extensive interview with our HR team. We proceed with background checks and references - personal and business. Once the candidate has passed all those steps, we will endorse the candidate to the client for interviewing and assessing if it’s a good fit.

We diligently monitor our employee performances through semi-annual performance reviews and daily reporting. These mechanisms allow us to maintain a proactive approach to performance management, ensuring that our team members receive regular feedback and support to excel in their roles. We then share this info with our clients, so they know what's happening behind the scenes. It's all about staying connected, making sure everyone's doing their best, and keeping our clients in the loop.
